We offer free shipping on all orders over 499 SEK within Sweden. For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be applied.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

What material is your jewelry made of?

One of Nic & Friends trademarks is that all our jewelry contains some amount of 925 Sterling Silver. Our cotton bracelets are made with enduring, color-safe waxed cotton, and are designed for everyday use.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Yes, all our jewelry is waterproof. Our cotton bracelets are wax treated – meaning you don’t need to worry about taking them of when showering or doing physical activities.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us using our contact form as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Sweden, but international shipping will soon be available.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our jewelry. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

We are not able to customize our jewelry with engravings etc. But we are always open for customer feedback or new product ideas. If you miss something in our product offering — please reach out to us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
